The trust needs to have full disclosure being effectively an off shoot of the state government.

Re: SCG Northern Stand
Would be nice if the SCG pointed a webcam at the construction zone so we could watch the demolition and construction...

Re: SCG Northern Stand
I remember they had the webcam on the Trumper Stand when it was being it built,so hopefully they will change its current position soon,to show the Bradman stand being demolished.

Re: SCG Northern Stand
The frustrating thing is they do actually have a webcam. While they claim it is 'live', it certainly isn't and it's pointed at the Brewongle and Ladies Stands.

Watched the Swans game last night. Amazing game & seemed to be a full stadium. But was surprised that the outline of the Bradman/Noble stands still there. It's been 3 months since the footy season started - 2 stands & northern mound demolished at Adelaide Oval. Are they having an extended tea break at the SCG?

Re: SCG Northern Stand
It does seem to be taking a long time to demolish the old stands. In Adelaide it seemed to happen overnight.

Re: SCG Northern Stand
I think considering the age of the stands and the Noble in particular, it is taking a while due to some of the materials used to construct the stands i.e. asbestos
When they started working on the stands, they moved the Tigers/Souths games form the SCG to the SFS because of the demolition process. I think you will find in the next week or so, there won't be much left of the stands.

Access and proximity to neighbors is also the big killer for the demo works there.

Re: SCG Northern Stand
The roof of the Bradman Stand is now gone and part of the top deck too. They seem to be doing quite a lot of (what I presume is) foundation digging under what was the concourse area of the Bradman.

Still frustrated by the SCG's webcam that is facing AWAY from the redevelopment...

Going, going, going.......goodbye Bradman and Dally Messenger:

I wonder when the Noble goes, whether it will create a wind tunnel effect, thus advantaging any team running from North to South.
