Movable stands, a retractable roof, f**k it - if it doesn't have its own nuclear powerplant, a landing deck and and long range surface to air missile capability by the time they finally bin this thing I'll be surprised.

There is no way it's going to have a retractable roof.
This is all about the government talking up the cost so that when they scrap the idea of a roof they can claim a saving.
