Again, starting at the Northern Mound, just outside the gates and working my view Southwards. Next time I will spend a bit more time on this Northern Mound construction now that I know its there:

Cheers for that!

They have demolished/taken down the Bradman Stand and Chappel Stands quickly...

Adelaide gains a brand spanking new stadium serviced by 8 rail lines. It seems so obvious now, yet was insurmountable 5 years ago. Swings and roundabouts...

I know..who'd have thunk it eh? I can't wait to see the impact it has on the city with Friday night Footy and Saturday arvo footy injecting 30-50k people into the CBD looking for a place to eat/drink pre or post games. It will be great for the northern edge of the city mile.

Love the shot that gives a good idea of what the new hill will look like. Looks like more seating, less grass. Steeper seating and flatter grass, and also looks like the whole thing is a bit bigger with the ground not to be quite as long as it used to be?

Even though Adelaide has twice as much to build for the next ashes they are putting Sydney to shame at the moment as far as construction goes.
